I notice there are some people who are interested in Tango (I'm assuming Argentine, or else you'd sign up for the Ballroom meetup) in the Philadelphia area. Are you all familiar with http://www.tangophila... , that hosts the local schedule and a list of all the teachers, venues, etc.?

I'm hoping to gauge the level of interest in an actual local meetup group. The others I've seen are associated with a school or instructor (I'm not), so I'm not sure what purpose it would serve, besides just pointing people to the wide range of already ongoing events, and maybe adding a social gathering or two a month, if people are so inclined...

Thoughts?

Hi Dancers!
This is Kevin Aarends, born and raise in Portalnd and Eugene, living now in Buenos Aires, breathing tango everywhere!

I´m wondering if any of you is coming to Argentina. My father needs to send me a couple of small things, and is really difficult to get those by mail.

If any of you is coming, please contact me. I can´t go to Oregon until next year due work matters, so I´m hoping to count on you guys!

I´ve many friends here in B.A. that can help you guys to organize a trip, and get you accomodations on nice bohemian and modern first class apartments with no comission. So let me know if we can work something out!

You can send me an email at
michina@gmail.com

Hope to heraing from you soon!
