Welcome to Tango in Atlanta, GA Meetup Group!

This group is for anyone who has heard of Argentine Tango and would like to find out more about this cultural phenomenon that started over a 100 years ago in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Tango has since spread all over the world. It continues to grow and expand all the time. Pretty much wherever you travel, you can find a group of tango dancers nearby, and if you know tango, you will "speak" their language regardless of what country you are in!

Atlanta has a nice tango community already with dance parties happening two to three times a week. We can help it grow!

So join the group. Let's meet, learn, dance, and, most importantly, enjoy!
