About the Artists
Melina Brufman & Claudio González. Applauded in the most prestigious theatres throughout the world, the technical ability and artistic versatility of Claudio González and Melina Brufman is difficult to match. These world-famous tango performers have appeared at the Schubert Theatre in New York, the Kodak Theatre in Los Angeles, at the major theatres throughout Argentina, and with prominent companies such as Forever Tango. They are chief choreographers, artistic directors and lead dancers of Che Tango and together they created Tango Pulenta, a dance signature that infuses new life into the classic Argentine tango. As teachers, they have participated in numerous festivals around the world, such as CosmoTango, Festival Metropolitano, and the special thematic classes of the Tango World Championship.
